    Yoga,Yoga

          练瑜伽已不是两三天,感觉好好。

          很小就在电视上看过大师的录影,好佩服她的软功,上大学后,一直想练练,终于在大三暑假下定决心,买了两盘Hatha Yoga的碟,在家里苦练。其实也不是不喜欢别的运动,只是觉得那种拉伸的疼痛和松弛下来身体微微发热的舒畅,会让我很享受,犹如重生,仿佛我又是新的我了:)

          4月份和好朋友相约一起去交大练,觉得去接受一下正规的训练,也蛮好的。老师好有气质,虽然说不上漂亮,但一身黑色装扮,表情恬淡,温文尔雅,呵呵。

          “好,请大家把身体调整到一个比较舒服的状态,脊椎伸直,体会身体拉伸、伸长的感觉,轻轻闭上眼睛,把注意力集中到腹式呼吸上。”呵呵,怎样,背得还专业吧

          瑜伽不仅能让我心情平和,还能让我肌肤收紧,呵呵,看上去纤细了一些,真的哦,我可没骗人。在时而紧张时而放松的过程中,觉得自己越来越轻盈,我可以飞,飞到很高很高的地方,无拘无束,抛掉一切杂念,一切烦恼,让灵魂空灵,让心灵清澈……

          每次练完,都觉得身体经过扭转、拉伸后,好累好累,不过我们每次练完都会到“地下”去吃好吃的东东,也算是一种补偿吧,呵呵。这么晚吃饭,当然怕胖喽,而且超级爱喝汤,所以几乎次次都会点一个小砂锅,好好吃。更重要的是,和好朋友在一起谈天说地,好开心:)

          五一回家逛书店时,买了蕙兰大师的VCD回家练,觉得冥想的东西少了很多,更多的是各种伸展姿势的训练,其实觉得这样不好,瑜伽其实更重要的是冥想和呼吸,姿势只是一种辅助训练,三者配合才能达到缓解压力、愉悦心灵的作用,看来真的是什么都市场化了~~~~

          也许瑜伽的魅力所在,正是因为它相对于其他运动更显平静、舒缓,更能够让我放飞心灵,遨游在无限的天空,而自从决定遁入空门后,瑜伽的美妙之处我也能体会得更深了,呵呵
